從前下班回家時，多次在興隆路上「阿如海產」門口停車，焦妻下車買海鮮蝦餅，我在駕駛座等待，想像晚餐桌上多了一盤佳餚。那海鮮蝦餅的外觀像月亮蝦餅，口感卻完全不同，乃是蝦泥中混合花枝肉，充滿了嚼感和富足感；蘸料亦異於一般泰式餐館所提供的梅醬，而調和了魚露，使蝦餅呈現獨特的美感。
有時我們夫妻不必趕回家準備晚餐，直接就進入餐廳，常吃的還有烤魚、蒸螃蟹、飛魚卵炒飯、椒鹽鮑魚等等，這小店有許多我們的家庭記憶。焦妻離世後，我經過店外總覺得一陣鼻酸，幾度要進去又終於難以踏足；後來，想重溫舊時味，那海產店卻不見了。
四年後有一天黃昏在我家附近發現「海天小館」，竟是昔日的阿如海產，忽然升起「驀然回首，那人卻在燈火闌珊處」之慨，遂經常偕女兒去。我們常點食的包括：海鮮蝦餅，芋頭透抽，麻油螃蟹。「芋頭透抽」很適合侑酒，芋頭絲有效提升了油炸透抽的味道，加上蔥花、蒜頭、辣椒，芋頭快樂地陪伴透抽。「麻油螃蟹」可以是沙母，亦能變換為處女蟳，鮮蟹浴在輕淡的麻油中，美得不敢逼視；舖墊的麵線吸飽了蟹汁，滋味動人。
